Return Policy

At Hootzdesigns, we take pride in creating personalized, custom-made products just for you. Due to the unique nature of these items, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges:

1. Custom Orders:

· All custom orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes personalized monogram and nursery name signs, night-lights, birthday calendars,  and other customized items.

2. Order Cancellations:

· Custom orders can be canceled within 3 hours of purchase. After this period, we begin the production process, and cancellations will not be accepted.

3. Non-Custom Items:

· For non-custom items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

· The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the item, and verify it's in good condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, excluding original shipping costs.

4. How to Initiate a Return:

· To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@hootzdesigns.com with your receipt number and details of the issue.

· We will respond within 48 hours with further instructions.

· Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are based on the weight/size of each item.

· Delivery Time: Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days.
